What Are Permanent Magnetic Materials?

The permanent magnet has the property to keep its polarity even after it is removed from an external magnetic field or when current flows through them. Unlike electromagnets which fall back into their original state if they lose power source, permanent magnets remain stable on their own without electricity. In addition to these properties mentioned above, permanent magnets also show high coercivity (ability to maintain its position) and low Curie temperatures making them a suitable material for use in harsh environments where temperature changes frequently occur due to weather conditions.
